Professional and Likeable
I have had my CCTV & Alarm system for 14 years & when BT sent me a message to inform me my telephone line was moving to Digital {Voip}. I needed to find a company
to update the alarm system so the alarm contacted me if the alarm was set off when I was not home.
To save you reinventing the wheel just contact SSS Alarms & CCTV, Shaun has almost 40 years of knowledge within this trade he is very professional & likeable. My system is very old but Shaun sauced the items at an extremely keen price rather that scrapping the system & putting in new items that would have doubled my outlay & wonder how many others would have gone that extra mile to keep the costs down.
I was taught to be cautious when looking for people to work on my property & usually have trades people that have previously worked for friends & family so I did my homework before asking SSS to see if they could update my system & am very pleased to recommend SSS & know Shaun is a phone call away if I have issues.

working perfectly. Great advice, friendly service, brilliant for information about your system and how to set it up and use it best, and at a great price too. Cannot recommend highly

Shaun definitely deserves his 5* ratings. I received 1st class service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly. He took
time to explain everything until I was happy with the Ring floodlit system he suggested and which he subsequently fitted. He was on time and made a follow up call once fitted to make sure everything
was OK. I would therefore highly recommend him and will definitely use again as needed.

New home with existing ADT alarm
Recently moved in to a property with an existing wired alarm originally installed by ADT, after speaking to ADT and being told that i would
have to sign up to a long term expensive contract before I would be able to change the codes or unlock the system.
I called Shaun from SSS alarms he was able to reprogram the system show us how to use it and provide us with information to further secure our home. Very impressed with the service provided and will be a returning customer for service and upgrading

I called Shaun to help repair an old alarm (cheap), he recommended changing it to a grade 2 alarm which would be safer. He took a day shortly
after the call to come and remove the old alarm (which didn't ring once as we dismantled it) and to install the new alarm system, asking me each time where I would like to add sensors, if I wanted to
add items (tags/sensor etc..) Full installation only took a few hours and he left me with a system tailored to my needs.
[J'ai appelé Shaun pour fixer mon alarme (basse qualité). Apres avoir recommandé changer l'alarme pour un système grade 2, il est venu démonter l'alarme originale (qui n'a pas sonné lors du démontage) et l'a remplacée par le nouveau système. Lors de sa visite, il a pris le temps de me demander ce que je préférai pour l'installation, de l'emplacement des capteurs jusqu'aux extras si je désirais avoir d'autre capteurs tags ou télécommande. Cela pris quelques heures mais il m'a laisse avec une alarme qui correspond a mes besoins ]

Excellent Service
I chose SSS Alarms after browsing Google searches and reviews. I made the right choice. From first contact Shaun was helpful and explained
options. I wanted to upgrade my 25 year old system as it was problematic. Shaun was suggesting looking at fixing it. After enquiring as to current technology, Shaun explained what was available now
with no 'hard sell' and I decided to go for a change of the panel, bell boxes and sensors but keeping the existing wiring. Shaun gave an itemised quote over the phone which made me feel even more
confident in him.
Shaun made an appointment to fit the system around my diary. He arrived on time, a lovely guy and a very neat and tidy tradesman. He had to come back another day to finish the job as he was focused on making a perfect finish to the change of sensors in the rooms, checking we were happy. He only charged as quoted. The system is great. Controlled manually or from my phone app. It is monitored by you 24/7 where ever you are. Thoroughly recommend.

Great service
Had to call out SSS Alarms after a couple of nights disturbed sleep. Our alarm had been fitted 14 yrs ago by another company and we'd not had
it serviced since then. Sean came out and changed the battery on the panel (its best before was 2004) and then fitted a new display box. Excellent clean work which took about 2 hours. Definitely
recommend and would use them again.
